an unsolicited user comment... Songs that touch the heart ***** By psdrummin Within the first ten seconds of “Pure” I knew this record would speak to me. It takes me to that place every dreamer wishes they could go and reaches deep inside where no amount of introspection or therapy could ever discover. This is one reason music is created, to illuminate the dark corners of a soul that longs to see a sliver of light and finds places that only a beautiful piece of music can graze. It may be just me, but this record really heals me and makes me fall in love with being a listener all over again.

I got an email from Rick & Eddy at InsideMusiCast, asking for support and for some reviews iTunes from their fans/subscribers. If you don't know who they are, Rick & Eddy are two siper Toto fans from Indianapolis with a great weekly podcast that interviews "the cats"(& "the chicks") who make music happen, including many of out Totonetwork friends(though they HAVEN'T interviewed me). they have been HUGE supporters of Totonetwork and personally I really think they have added a lot. So, if you like InsideMusiCast, or Rick or Eddy use the link below and give them an attaboy! If you don' know 'em click it anyway and check InsideMusiCast out..

Hey everyone, On behalf of Eddy (indyecab), I wanted to thank all of you for subscribing and listening to Inside MusiCast. When Eddy and I conjured up the idea to start a podcast that focuses on the talent behind the talent in the music industry, we didn't know what to expect. We didn't know how best to market it, and we had no idea if we could find willing participants to be our guests - and then we wondered if anyone would even listen. Regardless, we wanted to try to make the show happen and if anything entertain ourselves. Our first interview was with Scott Page of NewMBC. Scott was so gracious in giving us his time, his insight and permission to tie Inside MusiCast in with the Toto Network. Once we launched our first episode with Scott, we immediately began tracking the number of unique and total downloads for each episode. At the end of the first month, which included interviews with Scott, Keith Thomas, and Lee Sklar, we had a total of about 450 unique downloads. Fast forward through 17 more episodes to our last episode, which was the special edition with Lee Sklar, and we have logged over 20,000 unique downloads and 24,000 total downloads. Needless to say, the interest the podcast has generated has exceeded our expectations. In addtion to the podcast being featured on the Toto Netork, we have founds it linked on a variety of music-related web sites. We're not sure exactly how people are finding out about us, but the good news is that the word is spreading. Eddy and I receive comments from around the world almost every day and they have all been positive. For that, we are grateful and it gives us the motivation to continue making the show bigger and better.
